Practice Policies
Fees & Payments
Consultation fees are payable at the time of booking or consultation unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance. We accept payment by debit card, credit card, or bank transfer.
Additional services, including prescribed medications, diagnostic investigations, imaging, laboratory tests, or medical treatments, are charged separately where applicable and will be invoiced accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that appointments occasionally need to be rescheduled. If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without prior notification, will incur the full consultation fee. This policy applies to clinic appointments, home visits, telephone and video consultations, and appointments arranged with third-party specialists on your behalf.
Insurance & Payments
Seen Clinic London regularly cares for patients covered by international and premium health insurance plans.
For many of our registered patients with international insurance, we are able to arrange direct billing with their insurer. Where direct billing arrangements are not available, consultations are payable directly to the clinic. We will then provide the necessary invoices and supporting medical documentation to facilitate reimbursement from your insurer.
Our administrative team is always happy to assist with the paperwork required to support insurance claims wherever possible.
Prescriptions
Where clinically appropriate, prescriptions may be issued following your consultation. All prescriptions are provided at the discretion of the treating clinician and in accordance with current clinical guidance.
Prescription charges and the cost of any medications supplied are separate from the consultation fee unless otherwise stated. Charges will be included on your invoice or, where applicable, submitted to your insurer in accordance with your agreed billing arrangements.
Investigations & Test Results
Diagnostic investigations, including blood tests, imaging, and other investigations, may incur additional charges.
Clinically significant results will be communicated to you by your doctor together with any recommended follow-up. Depending on the nature and complexity of your results, you may be advised to arrange a follow-up consultation to discuss your results and ongoing management in detail.
